    I have been banking with Crocus Credit Union for many years and they are the best I've ever used. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and I have never had a problem. They are small and I like being recognized when I go in to do a transaction. I highly recommend them.

    HORRIBLE. I had a loan through these people, They took the first payment out no problem. the following monmth they didnt pull a payment, i called them and asked why they said itd come out tommorow. so a week goes by and no payment taken out. I call AGAIN and say no payment has been taken out. 2 weeks later the 3rd payment should of came out. No payment. I call them and they tell me my account bounced. I had money in the account..more than enough for both payments and they were never taken. So i call again and ask what information they had, they say they dont have my information. So i asked how they pulled the first payment if they didnt have my info. they got my correct informatrion and i told them to pull all the "overdue" payments out since they obviously lost my info. They sent me to collections over a screw up that was all them. When i asked them how it was my fault they said i didnt give them the proper information (even though they pulled the first payment) DONT USE THIS BANK! I will never use another credit union again.
