    Oh, and my passenger window was rolled down all the way. Did I mention it was -30 out and their parking lot is next to a gas station? So anyone could grab whatever was in my car. So much for trusting these mechanics for taking your vehicle and possessions seriously.

    Amazing experience. We were stranded Friday outside Brandon on our way from Regina to Winnipeg for a tournament on Saturday. The owner himself, and 2 mechanics, stayed until after midnight to help us on our way. They saved us from missing the tournament. Can not say enough great things. Truly fantastic!

    In the end, I'm going to take my car to my dealership and they are going to charge me $900 for the same job. That's a $700 difference.

    But a few days later, the checkup lamp came on again and I was so angry that I went to ask for a refund. But the manager refused the refund and he told me to check it again. Then he said that the gas was leaking from the pipe and that there was another cost. So I contacted a Korean repairman working in Canada to confirm about whole situations. And he said it was too expensive. The ondemand site lists the causes of all car failures and says that it is more expensive than the LTS regulations. And when you reset the car 's control system, it did not turn on the light for a while.

    I do not understand this car-repair-shop. I repaired my car here one month ago because it turned on checkup light which is Malfunction Indicator Light came on the instrument panel. This was an lamp of engine and automatic transmission control system. So I asked to this repair shop for the first time on June 16 to check the condition of my car. I asked the manager when I could check and he told me he would have free time in the afternoon. If you call me at the free time of your store, I will come back and tell you that I will check with you. But the manager did not get in touch and eventually I called and told him why he would not contact me, so he had already done the repair and told me it was $ 167.11. I was so absurd, but I paid for the repair because the car had been completely repaired.

    Terrible service. Took way to long to get fixes done. Continuously had to push back dates and was only able to get half of what needed to be fixed finished. Could never get a straight answer while talking to employee on the phone.

    But after a few days the lamp came on again and I went to complain. However, the manager told me that he would come back if he had to check again, but he ignored it again and arbitrarily checked it out and charged for $ 275.90. And he said he had to pay $ 241.52 more to repair it. I was feel depressed , but I paid for the maintenance because of my busy work and the next day I exchanged the pump and filter.

    Finally we go in to pay, and ask the lady why my window was wide open, for who knows how long. She proceeds to tell us that sometimes they leave the windows down a crack so there isn't any fog so they can see when they pull out. We understand how fog works, but they managed to roll the other windows up.

    At first, they were quick to get me in and look at my car. Then when I got my phone call about my car, the man on the phone said "are you sitting down". Real professional....and then proceeded to tell me the job would cost me $1,600 in total and explains everything.

    My partner and I go to pick up my car and the service man was good to explain what they found with my vehicle and such, but when we questioned him on things, all he could say was "I don't know, we did a pressurized test" or "sorry man". And then he asked us "well how do you know where its leaking from?" like we were idiots. Well, we got on our hands and knees and visibly seen the leak and the pool of anti freeze. Thanks for speaking to us like we were 5 year olds.
