    NEXT! A few months after purchasing my furniture my recliner started to break, bolts and screws were found on the floor underneath it, it became noisy and unbalanced, it will tip if not left against a wall. I contacted their customer service via email hoping to discuss the issues higher up and was redirected to the store of purchase. They notified me I had to bring the recliner back to the store in order to have it assessed and determine if the recliner is actually malfunctioning. I sent pictures of the bolts and a detailed description of the issues as requested and apparently that was not good enough. There is no way i am getting this recliner down the stairs by myself. I had suggested to the staff member that if they wanted to provide good customer service and back up their products they should come get it, what would they have done if the customer was an 80 year old woman? They insisted the only was they would help is if I brought the recliner back to the store.

    The staff there are charming salesman they get the better looking better dressed people to con you into buying furniture that is only worth half of what they charge. They are not willing to provide any customer service whatsoever to their customers. In conclusion if you are going to buy furniture from there don't bother with the warranty its a waste of time, flip the furniture over before you buy it so you know what quality is it, but all in all it would be better to simply buy furniture from a store that backs up their quality of furniture, pay more because in the end you will get something that will last you a long time. Read the fine print because all sales people lie. I realize that after all of this they win because its likely I will just sell the furniture at a fraction of what I paid to avoid having to lug a recliner down a flight of stairs and stuff it into my car, which is what they wanted all along, but its a lesson learned my friends. Stay away!!!!

    Excellent Customer Service! Easy-going, helpful staff, and affordable prices! If only every store could provide customer service like this, what a wonderful world it would be for customers! Long after my purchase, I received incredible service when I had an issue. Will definitely go back!

    Helpful staff and very good pricing. Not everything in the store is going to last a lifetime but you aren't paying for it like it will. The staff are easy going and polite. Bought a full bedroom set for half the price as a name brand store and was very comfortable with my purchase. I will be going back for future purchases and will be recommending my friends and family to visit up there when household items are needed.

    Worst experience ever, will never be buying furniture from here again. When I purchased furniture I wanted the no payment for 6 months promotion. I asked the staff ( his name will not be mentioned as the entirety of the store is the issue not just the staff) if the interest accrues over the 6 month period and if not paid in full by the due date will be added to the total balance as that is generally how those promotions work. He insisted that it is not and the only interest I will pay will begin after the 6 months. Well I just phoned to cancel the card and it stated I had an outstanding balance, after speaking with customer service I learned that it was in fact 6 months of accrued interest as I paid the full balance 2 days after the due date. Customer service was extremely helpful and due to the inconsistency of what I was told at the store level, and the fact I was also given no contract and what I was given was basic and not signed by myself, refunded the remaining balance. even the customer service rep was appalled at the service provided at store level.

    The furniture this store sells is the poorest of quality, its literally 2x4s put together with some material surrounding it. The coffee tables are a joke, its particle board that you have to put together yourself after you pay the $100 delivery fee. Cut my calve open twice on the corners i finally just gave it away because it wasn't even worth selling it. My love seat also broke and because it is not a tear or a stain it is not covered by any warranty.
