    Highly qualified trainers and welcoming staff. Superior equipment and cleanliness.

    Nice secluded and private environment. Professional staff. Doesn't have that big corporate feel. Rather feels like a family owned mom and pop shop that actually knows the needs of their members. 1 year member - my only wush is that my iPhone would work there. No member Wifi and cell reception is sketchy/limited:inconsistent. I have had to resort to insuring I have songs downloaded prior to my workout because no cellular signal at this basement facility. Not at all a deal breaker for me as this is still the best maintained and clean Gym not to mention best run I have ever been a member of. Steve Spuzak . Thank you!
