  As with Rogers as a whole this place offers terrible service at ridiculously expensive prices, hidden fees, I personally find errors in my bill frequantly. All in all rogers as a whole is a bad company just cashing in that there one of the only providers around.

  Worst customer service experience. The fact that it took me four interactions with Rogers to get a phone upgraded aside, if you ever experience the slightest dissatisfaction with the situation, this store will tell you "If you don't like it you can go somewhere else" without even taking two breaths. Its their go-to statement any time you aren't happy with what they are doing. Garbage customer service and incompetent staff make this a store to be avoided.

  If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. Purchased a tablet because I was told I would have 30 days to bring it back. Went in to return it because it wasn’t working, and was told the return policy was 15 days and they would not help me because I was 5 days over. They told me to call customer service, who were of NO help, but explained that I could return the product to the store if the manager allowed it. The manager decided he didn’t want to help me and now I’m stuck with a $250 broken tablet.

  I went to Rogers the other day and I was very displeased with the way your representative treated me. She was rude from the start and sure as in the hell made you know she didn't like you. I felt very unwelcomed in the store and also insulted by the initial replies she gave me assuming I was stupid with her ignorant response. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to VISIT THIS STORE ANYMORE!

  Just signed up for a Rocket hub with Amy in Brandon shopper's mall. Knowledgeable and nice. Will definitely return. Great person to deal with; personable and knew the answers to all of our questions. Now to go home and see if it works in our area.
