    Worst Customer Service ever. We booked an appointment through the store for a serviceman to install cable and home phone. When they didn't show up I called the store and was refused any help. The appointment was never booked (Even though we were assured IN STORE that it was) not to mention this was the only day we could get our schedule to work. Maybe the salesman should have been more explanative in the process of getting everything hooked up, no point in salesman anymore, no such thing as service.

    MTS always sucks to deal with but the mall location is the worst. Never seem to have answers for any problems with their devices and just want to charge you extra fees.
