  I really like the fact that there are no commissions anymore so that pressure on both staff and customers is gone. If you are looking to buy a computer for instance they give you a lot of very excellent information on a chart you keep .. that addresses your specific needs.

  I don't mide the place but when I went with my mom we go lost about 10 Times. Staff Staff were not friendly at all. Sorry I am any going to rate it 2.

  Not a fan of this store. They always push customers to buy extra warranty plans as a cash grab. Especially for companies where there is nothing they would do except contact the manufacturer.. which can easily be done yourself. They scare you into thinking you need the extra protection.

  The staff is annoying. They constantly harass you, or they dont know anything. And there's always so many on the floor. They have earpieces can't they communicate that they already talked to that person don't keep bothering them. If we need your help we'll ask dont constantly harass a customer as soon as they go down a new aisle. I hate best buy plus they dont have alot. I usually have to order what I want online or go to Winnipeg. I always dread going there.
