    We always have a great experience at Dufresne. Staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. Over the last 5 years we have bought matresses, bedroom set, fridge, and most recently washer and dryer. We have not been disappointed in any of our purchases. Keep up the amazing customer service and competitive pricing!

    Just had my bed and power base delivered today by the amazing delivery team! Jason and Nick were very professional and extremely careful bringing in my new king bed. My sales professional, Shane was very knowledgeable and suggested a different power motion base that works much better for our needs. Thank you for the great experience in the store and the smooth delivery!!

    Another call to service desk, to check status.....was put on hold as she looked for my info....disconnected after 10 min and she didn’t call me back..

    Service comes and assesses and we chat with service desk. Drawer can be replaced and it is ordered and I will be notified when it is available, so I can arrange to take unpaid time off to have service replace a part on my expensive bedroom set.

    2 weeks since service call, 5 weeks since delivery, I’m still waiting, unable to use dresser.

    Had a great sales person, Shane, not too pushy and was helpful. Delivery was good, able to do on a Saturday which was great, didn’t have to leave work. After spending a great deal of money on bedroom set, once everything set up, noted that drawer in chest didn’t have glide bar attached and drawer falling apart. It was written on delivery invoice and I was told I’d be contacted. Also noticed on armoire jewrely drawer magnet not working. On Monday, I had no calls, so I called service, only to sit on hold 30 min and then had a bad connection. Was told to give him my number and he would call back. After an hour after no phone call, I called store talked to manager Sara (helpful?). She did agree to submit service order. Contacted re problem the next day. Would have to schedule an appointment to be at home for service call. Unfortunately I had to delay this by a few weeks as I COULD NOT GET OFf to sit at home for 3 hours.

    We are very happy with the service from Kim at Dufresne! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating!! I'm so excited to get my dinette set and will definitely be a return customer. Thanks for the great small town service!!

    Just got a mattress from Dufresne a week ago. had been looking in many other different stores before coming to Dufresne. I have to say, it was the last and best choice. Working with John was great. He understands people's position. Amazing service with the sales person that helped me and with the customer service at the front desk. Could not have gone any place better. Bless.

    I did ask why this would just not be replaced since it was broken before delivery. There were no screws attached to the glide bar. I was told no they had to fix. DO YOU NOT INSPECT!!!
