    Under previous management I really didn't LOVE it. Yes, I was getting fit...but no in areas I wanted. My arms were huge and all my problem areas were the same. Too bad I left and got on the GoodLife bandwagon because I can't really speak for the new management. CrossFit isn't for everyone. I think that is what management needs to realize, instead of selling people on all these results they will see, you should be really seeing if CrossFit is the right choice for them.
