  Purchased a front door locking door knob. While at the store with the door knob, I asked for 3 extra keys cut. They assured me they would work. Drove home, and got thinking, why didn't they just test them right there at the store? Sure enough, I tried them, and all 3 did not work. Now I have to make a special trip all the way back there. Not very good customer service from someone who is supposed to be knowledgeable on that department. I am going to request a refund for the keys. I will keep you posted.

  Always seem to have the knickknacks and parts you can't get anywhere else and much better prices on smaller things than the other hardware "depot". Stuff is super friendly and always willing to help find things or give advice. There are lots of things they don't stock but having them order things in is a breeze and super convenient.

  They advertise things in their flyer to get you in the store and then never have those items in stock. This has happened to me multiple times. So much so that I call before to make sure they have the specific item before I bother going there. I was told they had an item and get there and they did not. She obviously had not checked. I refuse to go to this store anymore as a result.

  Stop in at the Brandon Home Hardware to pickup my bait for all my fishing trips, they stock Minnows, Leeches and Worms and they've always worked great. The Fishing & Hunting section has a good selection as well. Usually always great sales prices on ammo. Always enjoy shopping at the Brandon Home Hardware
