  Went in thinking I did not need glasses, came out with glasses. The customer service was tremendous, highly skilled and knowledgeable people who generally care about you. Would recommend to anyone!

  Terrible customer service and terrible glasses quality. I went to pick up my glasses on Oct. 3, 2017 and the glasses were not even the proper sizes for my faces. It was extremely big for my face, the woman working there try to adjust the glasses with a tool instead of remade the glasses. Obviously, the glasses were still too big for my face because the tool won't change the glasses lenses and the bridge, 20min later I end up leave because the woman was not planning to remake the glasses, she wanted me to take a pair of glasses that was not even my sizes and the temple tips was bent.

  Waste of time I don’t recommend Hakim, eye outfitters is way better.
