  The install dudes (Ryan and Shawn) showed up on time, explained what they did/how the furnace worked and then cleaned up before they left - very impressive staff - Kraig the sales dude took care of everything start to finish.....well done Kraig and BP and H.

  We lost our air conditioner due to lightning and contacted these guys to replace it. We were happy with the service, the office staff, the promptness of replacement, it was hot weather, and it all went very well, with no mess left behind. Harry and Mae Hart. Souris.

  I checked out 3 furnace installers in Brandon to replace an old gas furnace. All 3 came over for a site inspection and all seemed reasonable, but Brandon Heating & Plumbing had the product we wanted. We set an installation date - the Brandon Heating & Plumbing installers were prompt, polite and competent. There were no surprises and we've been happy with the new furnace.

  In early November I called Kraig about getting a new furnace. Within a week we had a new furnace and hot water tank. Thanks to Jeff and Ryan for the great work.

  We had our furnace replaced to a Lennox high efficiency model. Install was promptly completed by 2 knowledgeable installers. The upgraded wifi stat is really nice and user friendly. Great experience and recommend them to anyone
