  Our old furnace quit working (it was -25C at the time) while we were out of the country on vacation. We dealt with Jay via phone and email and arranged for a new furnace which was installed and working before we returned. Jay kept in contact with my family who were looking after the house and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with (even offered up temp heaters if required). Westside laid out floor/carpet runners all the way from the front door to the furnace in the basement which was impressive. Thank you very much Jay and folks at Westside for your excellent service!

  Very pleased with the service and installation of furnace and air-conditioning from start to finish, Claude was very informative and answered all questions I had. Left me house very neat and tidy. Highly recommend this company.

  I called Westside weekend emergency service and got a hold of Jay within 3 hours the old tank was taken out and my new tank was installed and we had hot water that night

  Kevin, Claude and Shane were excellent to work with. They have their recommendations on what should be done (when needed) while we renovated our basement. They work fast and efficient with overall high quality work. The products they use as well are great. Keep up the good work guys.
