    When u try to get through to someone who has anything to do with your food...you have to go through the cashier!!!! Cause the phone for Charlie Biggs is NOT EVEN NEAR IT. THE PEOPLE U NEED ARE IN THE KITCHEN. WHY IS THERE NOT A PHONE IN THE KITCHEN FOR CHARKIES? WHY NOT ON THE COUNTER OF CHARLIES???? THIS CAFETERIA IS RUN BY ONE STUPID WOMAN AND HER stubby legged fat cook who both need refresher courses in their jobs.

    I don't know how this place has the balls to charge 350 for delivery and keep their food prices high. It's the worst. The night time food anyway. And unless you can get them staffed enough so someone can actually get fresh food out on time during the day then it may be the year that place finally takes a big enough hit that it changes food services from manager and her asst down to the old lady cashier who I tried to talk to last night when the phone finally stopped being busy. This woman was manic. Talk about anxiety wow. She sounded so frazzled and flustered. Oh and to top it off...

    Chicken ..the batter you can usually eat every piece of off any other fried chicken I've had, couldn't happen on this chicken. Whether fried too long or under the lamp too long or...my personal opinion, it was taken from under the lamps and thrown in the fryer for a few. I say this because a there was most of the batter I couldn't chew. It was super hard. Not crumbly hard more jawbreaker hard.

    The food....the gravy of my so called poutine was totally soaked up by the card board box it was put in. The cheese was big balls of cold gum. Chewing it was like disgusting cheese flavored bad quality gum. Fries were falling apart because they and the cardboard had absorbed why gravy was put on. Cold gravy too. The balls of little disgusting packages of cheese they put on my fries hadn't melted at all.

    Ordered from skip the dishes for delivery. The staff at the university kitchen didn't confirm my order for 20 some minutes. Now only half hour till close instead of an hour.
